Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important: All products on Grihalo are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

1. Digital Products

Grihalo is a marketplace for digital architectural plans (ZIP, PDF, DWG files). Since these products are intangible and are delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned.

2. No Cancellations

Once a purchase is completed and the payment is processed, the transaction cannot be cancelled. The digital files will be immediately available in your Customer Dashboard for download.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

We may issue a refund only under the following exceptional circumstances:

Non-delivery of the product: If the download link is broken or the system fails to deliver the file, and our support team cannot provide you the file manually within 48 hours.
Major defects: If the downloaded files are corrupted, severely broken, or completely different from the description provided by the seller (e.g., you purchased a 3BHK plan but received a commercial office plan). You must contact us within 3 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
Duplicate charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us immediately at support@grihalo.com. Include your order ID, email address, and a detailed explanation of the issue with screenshots if necessary.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
